Artisanal cheese from Aragón is a gastronomic treasure that reflects the tradition and expertise of its master cheesemakers.
Made with sheep, goat, or cow’s milk, depending on the region, it is characterized by its intense and authentic flavor, resulting from the natural diet of the livestock and traditional production methods.
In the province of Huesca, you can find Quesos Destrabilla, a project by a young couple passionate about this craft.
Since 2017, they have been producing raw milk cheeses from goats and sheep, always using milk from pasture-fed animals. This natural, varied diet, rich in aromatic plants, combined with meticulous artisanal production, makes the flavor of their cheeses so special and long-lasting.
