From Zaragoza, we head south to one of Spain’s finest medieval jewels: Albarracín, with its winding narrow streets and reddish houses perched dramatically over the Guadalaviar ravine.
A private guided tour will reveal its most iconic corners, including exclusive access to its beautifully restored Cathedral.
Next, we indulge in a gourmet lunch at a unique local restaurant, where traditional Aragonese flavors are delicately reinvented.
After lunch, we continue our journey to Teruel, the capital of Mudéjar art and legendary romances, checking into our hotel for a relaxing evening.

We begin the day wandering through the city, exploring its ancient walls, towers, and historic squares.
We will visit the Church of San Pedro and the moving Mausoleum of the Lovers, followed by the breathtaking Santa María Cathedral, famous for its spectacular Mudéjar ceiling—often called the “Sistine Chapel” of medieval woodwork.
Lunch awaits at one of the local benchmarks for contemporary Aragonese cuisine, showcasing the world-renowned Teruel ham.
In the afternoon, enjoy the city on your own: shop for local delicacies, climb the El Salvador tower, and fall in love with Teruel at your own pace.

We say goodbye to Teruel to discover two architectural gems: Mora de Rubielos, dominated by its imposing Gothic castle, and Rubielos de Mora, an open-air museum of stone-paved streets and noble crests. We will enjoy traditional mountain cuisine at a cozy rural restaurant with soul.
An Exclusive Seasonal Experience: To complete the day, we immerse ourselves in Teruel’s unique nature.
In winter, we will join a local expert and their trained dogs for an authentic black truffle hunting session in the countryside.
In spring and summer, taking advantage of the region’s certified Starlight pristine skies, we will enjoy a mesmerizing astronomical observation session guided by an expert.
Night in the region, ready to cross into the Maestrazgo tomorrow.

On our way to Matarraña, we will stop at Mirambel, one of the most beautiful and best-preserved villages in the region. There, we will visit a renowned wine shop for a tasting of local wines and artisanal products.
After a walk through its historic center, we will head to Cantavieja for lunch at one of the most recommended restaurants in the region.
In the afternoon, we drive towards the heart of the region to arrive in Beceite, where we will check into our cozy hotel for a well-deserved rest and spend the night.

The day is fully dedicated to discovering a dreamlike natural paradise. We will explore the historic center of Beceite and walk alongside the Matarraña River on the famous Parrizal Route—a gentle, stunning hike featuring wooden footbridges, crystal-clear pools, and sheer rock walls.
After working up an appetite, we will enjoy a traditional meal full of local identity. The afternoon is yours to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the village. Night in Beceite.

Our final day begins in Valderrobres, where we will visit the majestic Episcopal Castle and the Archpriest Church.
Afterward, we head to Calaceite, the jewel of Matarraña, for a farewell lunch at a legendary “fonda” where local produce takes center stage.
Optional: visit a traditional olive oil mill and taste de EVOO, the star product of Matarraña.
In the afternoon, we will take a walk to discover its Baroque architecture and most important monuments before heading back, concluding our journey with the return to Zaragoza.
